ROUEN Hand Painted Faience Flower Scalloped PLate Early 19th C

French hand painted faience scalloped plate showing flower made by Rouen early 19th century. It's signed J on the bottom. 8 7/8" (22.5cm) diameter, 1 3/8" (3.5cm) depth. Good condition a few small glaze shortage on the edge as shown by the following pictures.
