French trumpet vase with twisted crystal horn on brass plated spleter base showing birds and foliage made probably by Baccarat late 19th century. 13" (33 cm) height, 4 1/4" (10.7cm) diameter to the top, and for the base 4 3/4" (12cm) width by 4" (10cm). Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
