Jansenist Bone Corpus Carved Christ Kingdom of the Dead Framedh 19th C

Jansenist bone corpus Christ above the Kingdom of the Dead made during the 19th century. Christ for the Jansen priest reform iniated by Cornellius Jansen (1585-1638). The bone corpus is carved with great delicacy. For Christ 7 1/8" (18cm) height, 4" (10.2cm) width, for the frame 14 3/4" (37.5cm) by 11 1/4" (28cm), weight 1lb 10.66oz (756 grams).
