    French ink drawing showing fabric hawker country seller in Normandy farm made by Jules Jacques Veyrassat (1828/1893) Barbison school during the second half of the 19th century. It's signed on the right bottom corner. It's measures 12" by 10 1/2" for the frame and 6 1/8" by 4 1/2" for the view. Beautiful condition, protected by a glass, as presented on the following pictures.
Jules Jacque Veyrassat (1828/1893) student of Henri Lehmann painter, engraver, displays in Salon since 1848 and medallist in 1872, associated to the Barbizon school for his work of nature.

Jules Jacques Veyrassat élève d'Henri Lehmann, peintre, graveur, expose au Salon en 1848, médaillé pour sa peinture en 1872, chevalier de la Légion d'honneur en 1878. Associé à l'École de Barbizon, il est l'un des peintres et graveurs le plus récompensé pour ses travaux sur la nature.
