French burgundy and white hand painted faience scalloped plate showing wonderful bird made by Emile Tessier in Malicorne during the 1970's. It's signed TE Decor Moustiers on the back. 9 7/8" (25cm) diameter. Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
