Military Horn Ouvriers Reunis Paris 3 Key Need Repair 1900's

Old french military horn with 3 keys made by "Association des Ouvriers Reunis" in Paris during the 1900's. 11" (28cm) diameter to the horn, 13 3/8" (34cm) width and 16 1/2" (42cm) height. It needs repairs as shown by the following pictures.
