Sugar Bowl Floral Decor Transferware Staffordshire England 1883

Sugar bowl in china made probably in Stafforshire England. The transfer is enhanced with hand painted flowers and leaves with great color of blue, greeen mauve and orange outlining on the rims. Good condition stamped on the back with Letters for September 28 1883. 5 1/2" high and 8 1/4" width with the handles.
