Vintage French revolutionary plate in hand painted faience showing barrel, phrygian cap, and medallions with Union Force Liberty Homeland legend made in La Chapelle des Pots during the mid-century. 8 5/8" (22cm) diameter, 1 3/8" (3.5cm) height.It's signed on the back.
