Sevres Style Hand Porcelain Vase Ruby Gold Flowers Swan Handles

rench Empire style large baluster vase in hand painted porcelain ruby and gold on white with flowers in medallion made by La Couleuvre near Limoges for Vichy city. It's signed on the back. 12 3/4" (31.7cm) height, 8 1/4" (21cm) width with the swan handles. Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
