English sterling silver candlestick made by James Dixon and Son in Birmingham during the 1930's. It's hallmarked J.D & S into a shield, the lion for the english sterling silver guarantee and Birmingham 1930 hallmark. 2 5/8" (16.7cm) height, 2 3/8" (6cm) by side to the base, total weight 2.9oz (82 grams). One bump on one side to the base as shown by the following pictures.
