Rare oenoligist or wine expert spittoon in French majolica made around the middle of the 19th century. It is one part shaped and the hand painting pattern looks like marble. This work from the Northern of France is not signed Good condition a few small chips on the edge as you can see on the pictures below. 8"3/8 diameter 4"1/2 tall.
