NEVERS French Faience Vintage Revolution Scalloped Plate

Vintage french had painted faience scalloped plate whowing crown, swords and the motto " Le Roy et Les Etats Generaux" made by Nevers during the 1990's. It's signed on the back. 9 1/4" (23.5cm) diameter, 1 1/4" (3.2cm) depth. Perfect condition as shown by the following pictures.
