ALUMEN ALUM Apothicary Hand Painted Faience L Warin Pharmacist E Tessier Malicorne

French hand painted faience apothicary jar for Alumen, alum, made by Emile Tessier in Malicorne for Léon Warin pharmaceutical company during the 1960's. It's signed on the bottom. 5" (12.8cm) diameter, 6 1/2" (16.5cm) height with the lid. Good condition , a tiny glaze shortage on the back of the lid not visible in front as shown by the following pictures.

Pot d'apothicaire Alumen médicament homéopathique obtenu à partir de l'Alun pour les établissements de produits pharmaceutiques Léon Warin par Emile Tessier à Malicorne, vers 1968. Hauteur avec le couvercle 16,5 cm, diamètre 12,8 cm. Signé sur son fond. Très bel état, un éclat de vernis sous le couvercle, invisible de l'extérieur.
