French bronze plaque medal named " Lorraine" made by Ernesta Robert Merignac in 1977. It's signed and stamped bronze with cornucopia. 2 1/2" (6.3cm) height, 1 3/4" (49cm) width, weight 4.656oz (132 grams). Good condition a slight mark on the top right corner on the reverse as shown by the following pictures.
