French majolica tulipiere flower vase centerpiece made by Orchies near Lille nort France during the 1880's. 11 5/8" (29.5cm) height 9 1/2" (24cm) diameter. Good conditoin 4 tiny chips on the base ,see red arrows, as shown by the following pictures.
