Antique French Car Carriage Lamp Lantern Light Brass Iron

Antique car carriage lamp in brass and tole made during the 1900's. 11" (28cm) height, 6 1/4" (15.7cm) diameter. The kerosene lamp is missing as shown by the following pictures.
