French guilloche and engraved sterling silver sugar tong made by Alexandre Tortez in Paris during the 1895's. It's hallmarked with the head of Minerva, french sterling silver guarantee (.950), and the silversmith stamp. 5 1/2" (13.8cm) length, weight 51 grams. Perfect condition.
