Art Nouveau Majolica Head Fish Star Oyster PLate Mouzin Onnaing

French Art Nouveau rare star shaped oyster plate with 12 shell head fish made by P Mouzin in Onnaning late 19th century. It's signed on the back PM Made in France. 10 1/2" (26.7cm) diameter. 2 repairs and small chips on the edge as shown by the following pictures.
