Isidore Pils Orientalist Young Berber Algeria 1862

Young Berber princess oil on canvas made by the famous Isidore Alexandre Augustin Pils artist (1813-1875) in 1862. The gilt wooden framed painting comes from the sale of the workshop of the artist. It's signed and dated in the right bottom corner and numbered 363 for the sale in the left bottom corner, on the back a wax seal of the sale. Good condition a few small blisters and a small tear as you can see on the pictures below. 13 1/4" high by 9 5/8" width for the painting.

Bon état quelques petites cloques, une petite déchirure visible sur la photo. Dimensions pour le châssis, hauteur 33,5 cm, largeur 24,3 cm.
