Victorian Tinsel Painting Chrysanthemum Homemade Art 19th Century

Victorian Tinsel painting with reversed glass, gold silver metallic foil applied showing a vase with 10 chrisanthemum's in painted frame. Homemade during the middle of the 19th century. It measures for the frame 12 1/4" (32cm) x 10 1/2" (26.5cm) for the painting 8 1/4" (21cm) by 6 1/4" (16cm) for the painting. Good condition a few small used on the frame.
