Decorative Plate Rouen no Quimper 1920

This decorative plate has been made in Rouen factory around 1920. The hand painting pattern shows a flowered basket on a cream background surrounded by a flowered edge.8"7/8 diameter. Good condition no chips, no cracks. It's signed on the back.
