French sterling silver tea strainer made by Armand Fresnais in Paris late 19th century. It's hallmarked with the head of Minerva, french sterling silver (.925) guarantee, and the silversmith mark. 2 3/4" (7cm) length, 2 1/4" (5.7cm) width, 3/4" (1.8cm) height, weight 19 grams.
