German Enameled Guilloche Boxed Cigarette Holder 1910 Need Repair

German guilloche enamel on copper cigarette holder made during the 1910's. It comes with its original case. 3 3/4" (9.5cm) length. The giulloche enamel needs repairs as shown by the following pictures.
